Services
At The Roof Leak Detection Company, we know that a leaking roof is more than just a maintenance issue—it’s a threat to your home and your peace of mind. That’s why we don’t want you to just “patch it up and hope for the best.” We combine our decades of hands-on trade experience with specialist diagnostic tools to trace every leak back to its true source.
Experience You Can Trust
We aren’t just technicians; we are a dedicated team, with over 25 years of experience on the tools. We’ve spent a quarter of a century navigating every type of roof and solving every type of leak imaginable. That deep-rooted knowledge allows us to see what others might miss.
When you work with us, you’re getting a completely impartial report with recommended steps to stop your leak for good. Not a quote from someone looking to upsell unnecessary works, that will leave you out of pocket, and more often than not, still with a leaking roof.
Diagnostic Technology

Drone-Assisted Roof Surveys
Our drone surveys provide high-resolution photographs and video of roof areas that may be difficult or unsafe to inspect from ground level. This allows us to examine chimney stacks, leadwork, ridge and hip tiles, valleys, roof coverings, gutters, flat roofs and other vulnerable junctions in detail.
The imagery helps us identify visible defects, document the condition of the roof and explain our findings clearly to the customer. Where required, the drone inspection is combined with a closer physical assessment, thermal imaging and moisture testing to help establish the likely cause of water ingress.

Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging helps us identify temperature differences across roofs, ceilings and internal surfaces that may indicate trapped moisture, missing insulation, air leakage or areas affected by water ingress.

Non Destructive Moisture Scanning
Pinless meters can identify areas of elevated moisture without damaging internal finishes. Dedicated roof scanners can also trace moisture within flat-roof systems.

Pin-Hole Moisture Testing
This provides targeted readings in timber, plaster and other accessible materials where a small test point is appropriate.
